Often acting as a first line of support for young people (10 - 26 yrs), our Strong Young Minds youth workers are leaders in creating an safe environment for supporting mental health and wellbeing. Our youth workers are able to offer a range of support, information, sign-posting, advocacy and activities to help support young people with their mental health & wellbeing.

If you are feeling worried about yourself and your feelings, your situation, health, friendships, family, relationships, school, training or work, our youth workers are here to support you.
