Our personal advisers are available to assist young people whose situational needs may be impacting on their mental health & wellbeing. Issues could include financial, housing, family breakdown, employment, education & training.


We can assist young people who are already suffering from poor mental health & are in distress to access intervention therapy such as counselling.


We can assist young people whose mental health is being affected by unemployment to access to our routes to employment scheme.


This is an 8 week programme incorporating employability skills training & cognitive behavioural therapy


We can provide educational workshops & groups to young people in & out of the school or work environment to raise awareness, provide resources & signpost to specialist services.


Typical issues covered are Mental Health, Promoting Wellbeing, Reducing Mental Health Stigma, Managing Anger, Bullying & Cyberbullying, Eating Disorders, Self-harm, Self-esteem, Body Image, Peer Pressure, Eating disorders, Anxiety/Stress, Healthy Relationships, Substance Misuse & Sexual Exploitation.
