If you’re feeling upset and emotional for any reason, speaking to someone close to you about how you feel can really help. If you don’t feel there’s anyone you can talk to, remember you can always speak to Childline, online and on the phone, anytime - 0800 1111

Whatever your situation, you may find yourself thinking about the special people in your life on Mother’s Day. Whether you celebrate the day or not, if you are feeling emotional, finding ways to take care of yourself is important.

No matter what relationship you have with you mum or a person you think of as a mum, or whether you’re a mum yourself, if you find Mother’s Day difficult, that is

completely OK! Either way, it’s important to remember that you are special and you are loved.
